Microworkers give Employers the opportunity to leave advanced rating and comment (feedback) to the Worker after a job has been submitted. This advanced rating option is beneficial to both parties; it helps other Employers make good hiring decisions while at the same time allowing serious Workers to be recognized for well-performed tasks.

Leaving feedback for MW tasks is quite simple:
☞ Go to “My Campaigns”
☞ Select from Basic or Hiregroup to view your campaigns list
☞ Click on the Campaign Title to open the individual campaign page
☞ Click on the “Submitted Tasks” link under the campaign title
☞ You have the option to perform Mass-rating (by ticking the Check-all box, and selecting a Rating at the bottom). To perform advanced task rating, click on the Task ID
☞ A box will open displaying the proofs submitted by the Worker. After careful review, you can leave your rating at the bottom (Satisfied / Not-Satisfied).
To opt for advanced rating when Satisfied with a job, you may select between (depending on how you acknowledge the submission):
OK
Very Good
Excellent
To opt for advanced rating when Not Satisfied with a job, you may select between (depending on how you acknowledge the submission):
Spam
Bad
Did Not Complete Job
☞ Optionally submit a comment
☞ Click ‘Submit’ at the bottom

Advanced Rating awards the following equivalent stars to the Worker which will be reflected in his Reputation.
★ – Spam / Bad
★★ – Did not complete
★★★ – OK
★★★★ – Very good
★★★★★ – Excellent
The Reputation can be viewed publicly, while the comments are only visible to the Worker and to the Administrator. Fair rating is always encouraged. Ratings and comments are monitored closely by admin. Negative, rude comments will not be tolerated.

Remember that a feedback, once submitted, is final. It cannot be modified or removed.
